I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The location of this place is ideal, as it is within walking distance of the Church, making it perfect for pilgrims like myself. The room I had was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a dressing area. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind, especially the girl at the front desk who went out of her way to assist us. Additionally, the free on-site parking was a huge plus for me.
In terms of cons, there were none that I could think of. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

I stayed at the corner of this hotel, that's why the networking of Wifi didn't reach at my room. So I could not use it from the room. Moreover the internet speed was very slow and I had always a difficulty to connect to internet.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy and comfortable room with a nice view of the surrounding hills. the staff was helpful and friendly, offering assistance with my luggage and providing directions to nearby attractions. the hotel's proximity to the church made it easy to attend mass and participate in the Christmas festivities.
The limited breakfast options. coffee and sweet pastries, there were no savory options, which left me feeling unsatisfied.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the shrine and a souvenir shop nearby. The staff was accommodating and flexible with our check-in time. We arrived late and were still able to enjoy a delicious pizza that the man at the reception arranged for us. The room was clean and comfortable with a great bed.
Nothing all excellent.

The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas and the room was comfortable with great amenities. We enjoyed the nearby souvenir shops and the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of the main attraction.
The language barrier made communication difficult and we didn't feel very welcome as non-Italian guests. The dinner was expensive and the waiter was unprofessional.

the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff were friendly and helpful, arranging for a nearby restaurant to stay open late to serve us. Despite the breakfast being lacking in variety, the coffee was good.
Communication was difficult as some of the staff did not speak English.
